This is Chilat. 100 years old. Turning 101 this March.



If “Blue Zone” had a face in the encyclopedia, it would be his. Still walks stairs on his own. Eats 90–95% plant-based, whole foods, rarely meat. Beans every day. Coffee before food. Fresh air. No processed junk. Church weekly, real connection, purpose, no stress. Calm, funny, present. These simple longevity habits show how to live to be 100 years old. Longevity isn’t magic, it’s healthy habits done daily for decades. This is what a long, strong life actually looks like.
